About Kimsha
As a seasoned real estate broker with over 16 years of experience, I specialize in the vibrant communities of Leslieville, the Beach, and Riverdale. My journey to real estate was shaped by a successful career as an interior designer, giving me a unique eye for detail and an appreciation for the aesthetic and functional potential of every home.
Originally from Montreal, I moved to Toronto over 25 years ago, after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at McGill University. I later earned a Bachelor of Interior Design from Toronto Metropolitan University, which continues to influence my approach to real estate today. I have called the Beach home for over 16 years, and I am passionate about helping buyers and sellers in this dynamic neighborhood and beyond.

When I’m not helping clients, you can find me swimming, cycling along the boardwalk, or enjoying family time downhill skiing at Mont Tremblant with my husband and five children.
